WHO ARE WE

We are Over 50s Resales Pty Ltd. That’s us, Anne and Kaye. We specialise in helping people buy and sell property in over 50s lifestyle resorts on the Gold Coast. We know how stressful that process can be…and without the energy of youth, it can all become a little overwhelming. We’re here to make that easier for you. With more than 40 years’ experience between us, we know how to navigate a smooth sale or purchase, giving you value for money and peace of mind.

We understand that any house move needs careful consideration. Everyone is unique and wants different things. So our service begins by helping you work out the life you want. With a thorough appraisal of your needs and your budget, we’ll then start the search for your perfect home in the perfect community, or help you navigate your way to a successful sale. 

 

We understand that buying and selling any property can be an anxious time. So we’ll be at your side every step of the way. As well as sourcing your perfect new home, we’ll take care of all the legal paperwork. And when moving day comes, we’ll be there too, making sure you have everything you need to make it the happy day it should be.

Hi, I’m Anne. For over 25 years I’ve been helping people just like you to find their perfect over 50s lifestyle home. I’ve got connections right across Queensland, so I know where to go looking and how the property market works. I understand that buying and selling property can be a deeply emotional experience, so I will always go the extra mile to ensure my clients are relieved of any unnecessary stress, leaving them to look forward to their future home.

Kaye Yelland

...And I’m Kaye Yelland. Even though I’ve sold hundreds of homes in over 50s lifestyle resorts, everyone has been a unique experience.
